Our five day basic baking and pastry course is designed to give you a strong foundation on which to build your pastry skills and knowledge. Whether you are a beginner or a home baker, this exciting short course will introduce you to the various concepts, and applications of baking and pastry which are essential for baking at home or working in the industry. In these five days, you will learn basic baking and pastry skills (such as knife skills, basic pastry dough’s, bread making, chocolate tempering and basic entremets) and be trained under the guidance of our in-house baking and pastry experts. Through this complete hands on course designed for beginners you will learn how to prepare a wide selection of desserts and pastries through a combination of practical sessions and demonstrations.
