  • Learn to make Corn, Water chestnut and Asparagus dumpling
  • Learn to make Wild mushroom and Spinach dumpling
  • Learn the different techniques of cooking the Dimsum – (Boiling, Pan-frying and Steaming)
  • Learn the different dipping sauces – (Chilli oil, Ginger scallion, Lemon and Coriander)
