Chef Avin Thaliath is the Co-founder and Director of Academics at Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts. His illustrious career is fortified by an equally impressive educational background – from studying at various boulangerie and pastry schools to being a Golden Certificate Awardee of Vatel Scholarship, Nimes in France. He interned under Chef Antonio Texeira before working with Le Granier a Pain, Paris Mamamia, Institut Vatel, Nimes and Rhone Valley. He is also a member of several bodies for culinary professionals such as the World Association of Chef’s Society, Indian Federation of Chefs Association and more. He has authored a number of academic journals, books, and monographs. He also plays the role of vice-president for the Pastry Council of India.
Through his classes at Foodhall Cookery Studio, he shares his skill in baking and patisserie.
