In this fun and hands-on class, we will cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading recipes and the importance of kitchen safety. Your little chef will gain confidence in the kitchen as we practice techniques for making fresh pasta. Kids will learn to make pasta dough from scratch ( Egg free option available ) They will learn to roll out the pasta in different shapes and toss the pasta in a choice of tomato, cheese and pesto sauce
