Chocolate lovers, rejoice! We’ve created a special, hands-on class dedicated to your favourite flavorful indulgence. Our chef will teach you the fundamentals of chocolate work, from tempering and flavouring to rolling and shaping.

We will teach you to make Dark Chocolate Barks with Candied Orange Peel and Pink Salt, Milk Chocolate Tablets with Hazelnuts and Coffee Nibs, White Chocolate Mendiants with Salted Pistachios, Cranberries and Dehydrated Rose Petals.
